Dr. Coronel completed her chiropractic internship at Chiro-Medical Group, where she was immediately hired upon graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. There, she saw patients under Dr. Taylor Rabbetz’s care and was involved with the case management of hundreds of patients, a vast majority of which were competitive athletes training for events such as IronMan Triathlon, Escape from Alcatraz, and Wildflower.

After becoming a new mom, Dr. Coronel decided to practice closer to home. She went into private practice at the Family Chiropractic Center in Los Altos and served the greater South Bay Area mainly in pregnancy, pediatrics, and sports.

In 2007, Dr. Coronel was overjoyed to open Fremont Family & Sports Chiropractic and practice in her hometown. Being that she grew up in the tri-city area, going to Milani Elementary School, Thornton Junior High, and American High, she is committed to serving her community and began FFSC with the mission of providing exceptional chiropractic care. With the interest of building strong life long relationships one patient at a time, she focuses her time and energy in delivering personal and individualized care to her patients.

In practice, Dr. Coronel believes in a personal, integrated approach. This means that she sees the body as a whole system. She will not only look at a patient’s area of complaint but rather how this area affects the whole body and its overall biomechanics. Utilizing adjustments as her main tool of treatment and restoring range of motion to a joint, she uses other modalities, such as physiotherapies, muscle release techniques, and rehabilitation exercises, when she finds them necessary to complement or further the effects of the adjustment.
